Frequently asked questions

Is Red Flag in St. Louis a cashless venue?

For the most part. When you want to buy something at Red Flag, such as merchandise, you will likely be able to pay without cash. The cashless payment methods accepted onsite include credit cards (like Visa and Mastercard), debit cards, and digital wallets (like Apple Pay and Google Pay).

Nonetheless, you should be wary of opting to leave your physical wallet at home. Both inside and outside the venue, you can’t rule out coming across the occasional vendor, such as at the merchandise stall, insisting on ‘cash only’.

Will I easily be able to use the toilet at Red Flag?

Red Flag has separate bathrooms for male and female patrons. However, some patrons have reported having to queue to use the toilet, so you might want to make allowance for this beforehand.

What drinks are available to buy at Red Flag?

You can buy both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at Red Flag. The alcoholic options include beer, liquor, wine, and hard seltzer.

To get your money’s worth, be careful not to leave any tabs open at the bar before departing the venue. Otherwise, if staff find the tab after the venue closes for the night, you will be charged using the credit/debit card details provided. There will also be a 30% gratuity to pay.

Could I buy my ticket on the day of the event itself?

Yes, but you could find yourself having to pay more for the ticket. By buying your ticket earlier than the event date, you can give yourself a wider range of pricing options to choose from. For example, opting for a floor seat rather than a balcony seat can save you money in many instances.

Obviously, by holding off until the day of the event, you could also find that it sells out – at least in one specific seating area. Hence, if you have very particular seating preferences, it would be wise to try buying your ticket as far in advance as possible.

At what time should I arrive at Red Flag for my chosen event?

Of course, it’s easy to look through Red Flag’s listings of upcoming events to find the scheduled start time for your chosen event. However, keep in mind that before the event does begin, you could potentially:

  • » Find yourself caught in congested traffic
  • » Struggle to find a suitable parking space
  • » Want to buy some food, drinks, or merchandise before the event gets underway

Due to such risks, it’s generally best to aim to turn up at the venue roughly an hour ahead of the event’s scheduled start time. That way, you’re giving yourself some wriggle room in case things don’t go entirely to plan while you’re on your way to the event.
